By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Placing an order

When placing an order via our website you are making an offer to Far Flung Threads to purchase the goods detailed in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail stating that your order has been received.

A contract between you and Far Flung Threads for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed.

Product Description

We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are accurate and correct.

As our products are entirely handmade by artisans, sometimes they may have natural variations. For example; asymmetrical placement or density of embellishments, subtle differences in dye saturation or copper coating. Such imperfections are a testament to their individuality and handmade origin. We sincerely hope you will cherish them for their unique charm and authenticity.

By placing an order with us you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this. Furthermore, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or variation in device screen settings used to view the products, so please take care when making your selection.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are as shown on our website and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Postage and packing charges will be added to your order value as appropriate.

Payment is made through Stripe Payment Gateway, which accepts all major credit cards.

Delivery

All orders received and accepted before midday will, subject to availability and where possible, be dispatched by close of business on the following working day.

We aim for products to arrive with customers between 1-3 working days after dispatch.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any consequential loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) incurred by customers if delivery takes place at a time other than that which has been estimated.

Returns

We genuinely hope you are happy with your purchase, however in the case you are not, Far Flung Threads accepts returns up to 14 days after receipt of goods for a full refund, or within 28 days for credit.

Please contact us indicating your intention to return any goods and do not dispatch returns to us until you receive written confirmation that your return has been registered. We are of course happy to exchange goods also; please state which product on our site you wish to purchase instead when getting in touch.

Pack and return your item in its original unused condition, in the original product packaging. Ensure that any product instructions and fixings provided are included. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and you will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

It is recommended that you use a tracked and insured shipping service when returning any part of you order.

In the event you have purchased a sale item or have availed of any bespoke service, such sales are final and non returnable.

Refunds will be made after inspection of goods and within 5 working days of receipt. A refund receipt will be issued to you at this time. If you have returned an item for credit, we will refund the credit amount from your next order you place with us.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that a delivery arrives damaged, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting damaged items, please email clear photographs of the damage together with your name and order number. We will then review the matter and instruct you on what to do next.

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first.

Order Cancellation

We take payments immediately upon order confirmation and endeavour to dispatch promptly. As such, should you wish to cancel a confirmed order you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. To do so contact us by e-mail
